retaining water again. pockets of fluid around my eyes. water ...water... water Happy Monday :)
318.0 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 148.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh no, but you know what to do.....drink more water! It will be gone tomorrow!

Remember... only drink when you're THIRSTY... anything in addition to that is water retained (until you sweat it all out, of course).

Also look up lymphatic drainage massage, dry brushing and maybe an Epsom salt bath... drink water but add a tsp of Sole Solution! Helps me flush out water. Also a cabbage soup can help with water retention!
