haven't been eating properly cause of school and clinical hours...sleeping irregularly too which is totally ruining my diet. Starting today I'm going to once again input what I eat and my weight to reach my goal
145.7 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
