I am definitely on a roll here!

It's so weird - the last few days have been a walk in the park for me. Wife and I watched the "Paul McKenna Will Make You Thin" TV-show Friday, and ever since I've had no trouble sticking to my plan. No urge for misbehavior, no real snacks, no chocolate (other than the chocolate coating of a protein bar), and I have my cravings under control.

The result? 78.9 kgs! I'm losing a kg per day these days, getting rid of all the "fun-weight" that I have had sitting on me. Of course, it's not fat gain or fat loss (at least not all of it), but it's weight that has held me down.

I feel much better today. I slept GREAT, I "feel thin", I'm positive, I have my food planned for the entire day. I have a jell-o gelatin dessert sitting in the fridge, waiting for me, if I should feel like I need something. The thing is, it's been sitting there for three days now. Normally, it'd just sit there a few hours, while hardening. Now, I really don't have much focus on it, and nothing that has compelled me to eat it. If I need something tonight, then I'll have it.

I worked hard yesterday - I got on the bike, Wife and I walked to the garden , did yard work for hours and walked back home. Quite a day. A total of 5-6 of exercise. Not bad.

Today will be a day of rest. My legs are TIRED from yesterday. I did actually try getting on the bike this morning, but I can tell that my legs are objecting to it. I think that I need to let them rest today if I want to be able to do more tomorrow. Since I have no plans - or need - to snack today, I'll just stay reasonable on my calories and I won't gain weight. I know what I want today - it's all planned. I will even have a slice of pizza for lunch. Not a whole pizza. Not a half pizza. A slice. :) I feel that I am in control of this.

What a great feeling it is.

Today, I'm thankful for:
- Control.
- An awesome omelet for breakfast.
- No need to snack!
- A day at home, relaxing, hanging with Wife.

Life is good!
