Hello everyone, where I'm from (Memphis, Tn), we got ice and snow, so I'm iced in, until all of it clears, I don't do ice, and I thank God for my husband, he went to the store and made sure I have all, my low carb snacks and food, very thankful for that, today I have just been sitting and reading, haven't did any exercise today, because yesterday I did a lot, so I have decided to workout every other day, give my body a day of rest. I hope and pray all of your are doing good, and enjoying life, I have learn to make self happy, and when I'm happy then I can be a help and encourage other on there journey. Learn to put self FIRST, enjoy the rest of your day.
