Finally, the scale is moving again. Got through the 8 birthdays and holiday season without racking up too many extra lbs. and worked hard to lose what I did rack up. Ongoing struggle to keep losing. Set my phone alarm to go off each day to get a workout helped. Nothing fancy just small weights and other exercises for at least 20 minutes.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
