I'm doing Dr. Hyman's blueberry smoothie for breakfast and his cauliflower soup, salmon, lettuce and mayo for lunch. No desserts! Then the same for dinner.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

this sounds tasty and easy, but expensive for the salmon - and the no desserts part would be hard for me but i maybe could do it for a bit. off to read about dr. hyman
