UGHH!!! Day 4 and yest another cheat. I'm not gonna give up cause for the majority of it I am eating better, and if I give up I'm go all the way to where I was. Took my kids to the movie and yet again had some popcorn, but even less then last time, snuck a few bottle caps, and a few sips of rootbeer. UGH what a waste. I've decided that one small sweet every other day is not gonna kill me and I'm not gonna give up!It's amazing how much junk I realize now that I used to eat. I'm for the most part eating healthier though which I think is the main point of this diet to mentally do it. I'm also thinking about trying EFS since it's a little different. We'll see.

EFS allows snacks that might really help with your need for sweets. Maybe you should try it. These are examples straight from the book-fat free choc pudding cup, 8 animal crackers, one 2" slice of angel food cake, 1/2 cup fat free ice cream. These are only a few but there are many to choose from. My personal favorite is one scoop of low fat whipped topping topped with 2 crumbled vanilla wafers. YUMMY! I wish you much success!

Sparkygirl is absolutely right....the EFS might be just the key for you! I am not doing that one, but am considering it. Just waiting to see what happens with the do over Detox this time around. But in all reality, if you can't give up the junk for good right now, see what the EFS can do for you....you never know, it could be key to your loosing! Hang in there though, you are doing good for the most part!!
