I got a dozen Sherri's Berries for Mother's Day, and ate about 6 of them in a row. This is a HUGE setback for me. If it were only one bad day, it probably wouldn't be a big deal- but I've been consistently missing my mark on my calorie intake, and today was especially bad.
What is my problem? Where is my self-control?????
