Feeling a bit sluggish this morning & have had a sore throat since last night. I REFUSE to get sick! Lots of water today & maybe some fruit & an extra vitamin. Look out kooties, I'm a fighter!

What helps keeping a sore throat at bay. Is called Chloraseptic small pump spray bottle.I take it with me where ever I go and use it often.Really works.I like cherry.

Honey with lemon juice is good, especially if it is local honey.

Gargle warm water with salt always worked for us
