Well I didn't diet at all in 2017 really but was really active, but I gained a lot of weight. Just the last leg of 2017 I went from a size 14 to 20 with no change to my diet. My doctor said it was the ABLIFY medication. I didn't keep a scale in my house, I would weigh myself at the gym when I went occasionally. I finally bought one and I weigh a whooping 212lbs and I am barely 5' 2". I am the biggest I have ever been. I'm hoping with a change in medication I can get under 200 pretty fast. Cutting carbs has worked in the past.
Anyone else gain weight with Ablify? If so what did your doctor switch you to, and did you lose weight after the switch?
