If you do not eat enough calories, your body believes you are starving and will hold onto the fat like crazy! Eat many small meals per day and a minimum of 1000 calories of fruits, veggies, and lean proteins. Also pound the water all day long and you will lose eventually. Ya gotta eat to lose. HCB
