Well, maybe if you can somehow resolve the issue for yourself you will feel better and move on. I don't know what you did, but if it requires an apology, then apologize, if it requires fessing up to something, fess up, or even write it out to yourself what you did and how you feel about that decision now and maybe getting it out on paper will make you feel better. Good luck!!

This goes back to my heavy social drinking days, all I have to say is watch what you say and actions you take. Someone is listening/watching....... Found out today it is not as bad as I thought.

Ity sounds like you need to forgive yourself. understand that the past is behind you and that it is not the path you are on at this time. that is very good and very hard for so many people. On a side note, congrats on another pound lost!
