SHARIDOTO, IF YOU HAVE THE TIME, TRY PRE PLANNING FOR THE NEXT WEEK. DO WHAT YOU CAN KNOWING IN ADVANCE WHERE YOU WILL BE EATING AND STICK TO IT THE BEST THAT YOU CAN! LOG EVERYTHING IN AND SEE IF IT WILL FULFILL YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND KEEP IT WRITTEN DOWN SO YOU WONT FORGET. WHILE THIS SEEMS LIKE A BIT OF WORK, YOU WILL FIND IT A MUCH BETTER CHOICE THAN IN NOT DOING IT. YOU CAN DO IT. :)~

IN-N-OUT? OMG I WOULD DIE FOR AN IN-N-OUT PROTEIN STYLE DOUBLE-DOUBLE. I HAVE SO MISSED IN-N-OUT! I AM ENVIOUS. BUT I UNDERSTAND ABOUT GETTING BURNED OUT. NOT SURE WHERE YOU LIVE, BUT BASED ON IN-N-OUT ITS IN 1 OF A FEW STATES. DONT FORGET SALADS WITH GRILLED CHICKEN OR STEAK. ALSO, QUITE A FEW COFFEE SHOPS OR OTHER PLACES CAN OFFER TAKE OUT IF IT HELPS WITH THE TIMING. BEST OF LUCK WITH THE MOVE.

sweetie... maybe this will help, I have worked 2 jobs at over 65 hrs a week for over 2 yrs and since Ive been on this diet.. I do my best to pack ahead for meals but if i get caught out without food.. you can go to most fast food places and get a side salad.. I have even been to McDonalds, Wendy's and even KFC and got a little side salad and at McD's I get a mcdouble and don't eat the bun, wendy's i get a grilled chicken sandwich or two minus the bun and at kfc get the grilled chicken.. it's not too bad for you, it won't kill you with the carbs and you can still eat fairly well. I know you said you were sick of burgers so maybe you can find a place like a boston market and get some roast turkey.. or find a fish place and get yourself some really good filets or even some shrimp..i know most places do fried.. and that is not the best.. but if you keep it limited even fried won't put you over, or you can always peel the battered part off.. I've had to attempt many different things to try to keep on this diet. Best of luck!!!

SHARIDOTO, I GREW UP IN ONTARIO. MY DH HAS FAMILY THERE STILL. STACYP IS RIGHT THERE ARE MANY WAYS OF MODIFYING THE MENUS AT MANY PLACES. I KNOW WITH YOU BEING BUSY AND ALL YOU PROBABLY DONT HAVE TIME TO HAVE RESTAURANT MEALS, PLUS THAT GETS EXPENSIVE ANYWAYS. I KNOW AT MCDONALDS YOU CAN GET A SIDE SALAD AND A DBL CHEESEBURGER W/O THE BUN FOR $2.33 - YOU CANT BEAT THAT.
BUT IN ACTUALITY, DO YOUR BEST TO BE THE BEST. WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO COUNT YOU REALLY WONT KNOW. JUST DONT OVERDO IT OR GO CRAZY.

You can stay with the plan if you make up your mind to do it and plan ahead so you aren't too hungry or tired when you are making a food choice. It as always easy to find an excuse to go off plan. You deserve to stick with healthy food choices.
