Stayed the same. Getting very annoying, thinking I need to lower my calories until I get out and walk consistently. Maybe closer to 1200? My mind keeps telling me to lower it, I've kept it around 1500-1550 with no cheating, doing Pilates 5x week and the scale ain't budgin'!! Okay, enough ranting, hate the scale, there I said it, feel much better now. Going walking today, going to be 65, then rain and SNOW! on the weekend!

You are doing SO good at staying consistent with your workouts!!! Definitely be proud of that! You're going to break through this plateau Christy, I just know it! Just keep pushing on! One thing that really has helped me is watching my fat and fiber grams. I *try* to stay under 35g of fat each day while going over 35g of fiber AND drinking lots of water. Keeping my protein high seems to help, too. The low fat/high fiber combo usually means higher carbs, and I know some people avoid carbs like the plague, but it seems to work. I don't know if that info will help you or not, just thought I'd offer it. :) Keep hanging on and pushing through, girl! You're going to drop soon!

Yes you ARE doing great!!! Stay the course - those plateaus are such a challenge - you are doing all the right things - I totally agree with brads_wife, the scales will change in your favor soon. I also try to keep my fiber high, it keeps me regular and keeps my body satisfied longer. Don't lower your calories to drastic maybe by 100 and see what happens. You are fab!!!

Thanks ladies. I found 2 salad dressing recipes online that I'm going to try. That Italian dressing is giving me a lot of fat in the diet, but I sure do hate the low fat dressings on the market, plus they have so much junk in them. I have been drinking about 100 oz of green tea a day (hate plain water) or about 80 oz green tea then switch to caffeine free flavored tea in afternoon. I switched my diet calendar to show Sodium and boy was I amazed, I am way over the recommended 2400mg a day! Gonna work on that too I guess. Baby steps, it's a learning process and a lifestyle change!
