day 7 yea, made it to the morning anyway, and yes I am determined to make it through today on CSD WOE. My scale shows 166.5 but i'm not changing it on my scale. It would drive me crazy to change everytime I go up/down 1/2 pound. But I have before.
I think I've decided to still do some Cabbage soup during the week, it is chilly outside and tastes so good on days like this (much better than going on this woe during the summer months!) but not follow each days foods, just stay within fruits and couple days a week in the morning and lots of vegies the other days/times. Maybe an occasional protein. Then I'll go back on it next week. I also might try a 3 day diet during the week, just to mix things up. It is one i found that has cottage cheese on it and for some reason I've been craving cottage cheese especially mixed with cantaloupe. Years ago I went on a diet that consisted of cottage cheese, nonfat yogurt, strawberries, cantaloupe, fish, celery, green pepper, scallions, vegie broth, and I forget what else, but you could eat all that you wanted and loose weight. Wish I could find that one. I think I'll post it on one of the group forums and see is anyone has heard of it
