Fighting a NASTY FLU! I hurt everywhere and have fever up and down. first time ive been sick and have a HUGE week at work next week. Im working monday to thursday 9-6 and monday night a training from 630-930 an hour away from work:((( Im praying resting will help. I have absolutely no appetite. went to buy soup ingredients and saw raspberries a little package. they are going down and seem to be staying with sparkling water.
I am wondering if my fasting day on Thursday this week is the reason I got sick? it has been a crazy month at work and this week the BIG GUY in the RED suit is coming to the class.......I need to be 100%

yes no more fever today at least. going ot take it easy wrap my few gifts and watch "Its A Wonderful Life" my favorite Christmas movie! thanks

Right on marquis! Ginger tea is great for yucky tummy .... I just steep fresh ginger in hot water! I also add eucalyptus oil to my ionizer to help with stuffy nose / chest congestion......breathin' easier and relax so you can truly rest.
