Judy I just read your comment on my workout post. 😊👍Just FYI I will be **50**next December. I am not a senior yet, but I'm not "young" either! I had to start slowly with no weights at all but the body can change so quickly! I believe weight training at a comfortable pace is great at practically any age. Often, I think it's just a matter of getting started and overcoming mental stuff. 😊
