54 MILES TO ALL TIME RECORD..good saturday mornin...54 miles an i hit my 4500 for the year..any thing over that is just dessert on the yearly goal..im thinking monday or tuesday if not sooner...depends on how motivated i get as i get closer to my target..been riding 16-20 miles ..miles are flying by..seems like..

took yesterday off..needed a day to rest my legs..legs was cramping thursday nite..but was fine yesterday..was overly tired thursday nite an stressed over sewer being backed up an what it was gonna cost to get it fixed..was a simple fix an plumber was feelling generous ..so i repaid him by tipping him even though i didnt have to..made us both feel great..

todays ride was on watopia..volcano ride..lost pairing with zwift..so ended up doing 2 rides to get my 19.5 miles in..average speed is increasing ...so gaining muscle in legs..must be where the weight i see on the scales is at..not from cheating on my meals..since i want back to fasting 20/4 ..its just been easier to stick with being consistent with my eating plan better..less cheating..less wanting more food..

looking at new goals for next year when i ride..thinking of setting my yearly goal in miles to 5000 or more..an also wanting to add more miles in per day that i ride..having faster average speed means more mileage..less time in saddle to get the miles..mike the guy that comes over alot of mornings to ride on my trainer after i do a ride..was telling me how hes seen me evolve over the last 2-3 years..an how ive gotten stronger faster then he did..even though hes in better shape an faster then i am..i so enjoy our morning talks..in the nicer weather we ride on outside rides together..im looking forward to those when the nicer weather gets here..hes still gonna be the leader on the rides..but hopefully he wont have to wait on me as much when we ride up hills ..

well time to get up an make salad for the next meal..get it ready so i can grab an munch it down..then back into fasting mode once again...

36 outside..feels like 29...with a wind out of ssw at 16..sun is shinning an i want to ride outside..but just to cold to do that ...doesnt even look like winter days are here this year...christmas is almost here...an its looking ...well right now...its looking..like its gonna be a mild winter..but that could all change ...
