Disappointed that there was no loss this week, but I guess I should be
satisfied that I maintained my weight after having to entertain, let's just say, a difficult client.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
