i have been increasing my diet a little cause I just feel exhausted and crappy all the time after increasing my workout. It seems to make me hungrier. I have also been substituting for different foods in case boredom is the culprit. Ultimately I'm craving sweets particularily peanut butter, peanut butter, and peanut butter. Workouts this week seem too easy. Dramatic change from last week but I still don't have any energy.
