Still haven't got on the scale I know some people find stepping on it easy it's so hard. I wish I had a friend who held my hand as I stepped and looked. being terrified is I guess what I I'm good at. I think tomorrow or later tonight I will finally step on it . Who knows on the other hand I've ate good so far "Knock on wood" I hope I can keep it up.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Best time to weigh is in the morning. If you weigh yourself in the evening, depending on the variations of your meals during the day, your weight will fluctuate too much. I can virtually hold your hand! You can do it :)

I have a hard time not stepping on a scale. But I understand, especially when you are trying really hard. I was scared of the scale when I was wrestling...

Agreed, weighing yourself at the same time every day is best way to go
