Question: I work as a lunch lady at a school and for four hours a day I am standing and serving food, bending to clean stuff, and walking around the kitchen fast in between serving students to sort silverware and stock milk. I also bus to anf from work so by the time I get home, I'm quite exhausted. Is this considered "acceptable" exercise?

I believe so, maybe not exactly a workout per say, but if you want to enter it on your daily activities journal, you could enter 3 hrs of cooking, 1 hr house work, and whatever time you take driving (is this is what you want to know for).

Awesome! I thought it was excersizing but Ibe heard so many people say "If you're not running a tread mill, lifting weights, etc, then it doesn't count" so its good to hear positive confirmations! Thanks also for advice on how to enter it in excersizing!
