Gained a bunch back due to quitting smoking and a medication. I’m stopping this before I gain everything back. I worked too hard for it! I’m back in control and ready to not only drop the stupid gain, but to keep losing the rest.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
