Well, I am truly enjoying this time of year. The air is crisp and the atmosphere is festive. I enjoy making all the holiday goodies, being with family, friends and sharing creative ideas. As far as my food intake, I have eaten a lot of carbs. No guilt. But I have noticed that my belly was the first thing to show back up. Fortunatly, I also remember my belly was the first to go. I will continue to enjoy this season; I am not out of control. Obsession seems to be leaving me. I have made such progress in the past few months and intend to continue this venture for life. I view my food intake and new "eating for life" as an adventure. It has been rewarding and my emotions have all settled down. Weight loss, for now, is a secondary objective. I feel good, I'm in smaller clothes and I have found purpose. I am excited to have found this site with such great support, tips and tools to help me achieve my goal of a more healthy lifestyle.
