The more I think about food and what NOT to eat, the more I crave eating!!! Instead of losing, I have been steadily gaining. I've gotta get a grip!!!
202.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

I'm sorry you're struggling right now. Lord knows we all go through it. Try focusing on what you CAN eat. I spend a lot of time planning what I can have and it helps. It's still obsessing over food but without the undesired consequences 😉
