I want to lose more weight!! I can't walk right now since I had foot surgery and I havnt lost weight in almost a month. What the heck!
230.8 lb Lost so far: 90.2 lb.    Still to go: 85.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1094 kcal Fat: 63.26g | Prot: 85.91g | Carb: 56.34g.   Breakfast: Egg, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), truvia - nature's calorie-free sweetener (40 3.5g packets), Sugar Free French Vanilla Creamer, Chili Con Carne with Beans, Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: Cheddar Cheese, green beans, Cabbage, Cooked Snowpea (Pea Pod, from Fresh), Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Baby Zucchini, Turkey Smoked Sausage. Snacks/Other: clover valley pistachios, Turkey Sausage, Cherry Tomatoes, Venison/Deer Steak, Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Fudge Lites No Sugar Added. more...
