I hit my macro's exactly for the week until last night. My company Christmas party was at a fantastic dinner theatre! I had one drink & a piece of cheesecake for dessert. I'm not too disappointed, I barely went over my calorie goal for the day and, after all, it was a party! I eat LCHF to help with epilepsy and anxiety disorder. Sometimes when i go overboard with sugar it affects me. Maybe I'll try a fat fast today. Get that sugar outta my brain! Have a great day everyone!
