I went to buy a dress for a wedding yesterday. Shopping was so much fun. I never thought I'd say that again. I had multiple gorgeous dresses to choose from. All size 4. A year ago I was a size 14. I dreaded shopping. I dreading going out. It was always about finding something I did not feel like a sausage in, not about what I thought looked pretty. So yeah, for me, having choices about what I can wear is a huge win.

Just being able to say "no" to myself at a holiday party or celebration to all the "GOOD STUFF". I just think of all the support, love and struggles from other FS Family members and I just keep walking by.
