It could be worse. My weight will swing 4-5 pounds during the day. I usually record my lowest weight of the day which is usually first thing in the morning. Don't feel too bad after 3 or 4 bad days which included Ben & Jerry's ice cream, bacon and more I didn't log and hardly remember. Yesterday I fasted and hopefully I'll be okay today. I REALLY appreciate all the support a couple days ago, it kept me away from the boxes of peanut brittle I bought as Christmas gifts. It really did, if I hadn't read some of the supportive comments I would have tore into one of those boxes (easily replaceable as a gift before Christmas) and probably would have consumed a pound of peanut brittle by now. And eating 1 pound of peanut brittle probably would add about 4 pounds to the weight on my scale (which really doesn't seem fair!).

Good Girl you can have a piece after goal, by then you probably won't consider it any big deal! We need to learn to rethink and not feel deprived but rather blessed that we are getting healthy.
