ok so ive been having trouble getting my heartrate to a good 159 for cardio... i have a very low bpm to began with... when i start on the stair master it says 110! sometimes mostly 117 though i use to be able to go past 159 easily go to 170 if i was working hard... now its like i sweat and sweat and i stay around 138-144 and im working hard... does anyone know if thats a good thing or something i should talk to my doc about? oh my routine for these 2 weeks is work out arms and abs then 45 mins of stairs then work out thighs and abs then 45 more mins of stairs and if i have time i like to go back and do the abs again... i only have like a pound left in my stomach and id really like to see my muscules already lol
134.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
