am fealing much better about my lifestyle change today. especially after last night. when to get my dinner and after i plated my food, i went and cried because it didnt look too 'filling.' Guess i just needed to let it out. My best friend told me the first two weeks will be the hardest..cant wait till i get over it.

For me the first few days are tough, than it gets easier, but by week 2 you'll want to quit again, but DONT! After you get over the first hump of getting started the feeling of change is worth it! Good luck!!

Well 792 for the day is just crazy! (Just my opinion...) I started at 183 and was at around 1300 a day and was burning usually around 2000 and dropped to 1378 months. I knew I had to make a lifestyle change that I would stick with or I'd keep yo-yoing. Might want to rethink what you are eating. If it's not enough you will kill you metabolism. Just "food for thought" (bad joke I know lol!) There are so many filling options you just have to get creative. I can't believ the amount of food I eat sometimes.

792 is what i was at for just breakfast and lunch..the day isnt over, and i just got done with dinner.
