This past weekend was rough since I was traveling both days and staying with family and vising with friends. I still did better than I would have in the past so I'm not beating myself up over it. I do wish I had gotten some exercise in but that's always the easiest thing to make up excuses for! The important thing is that I am back on track and had a great visit with family and friends! Big plus is that I saw an ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend from over 18 years ago and I got to say in my head that I was skinnier and better looking than her (I know it's wrong but sometimes you just can't help yourself! :P)!
