Starting up a new transformation with a new goal on 5/1/2012 (Tuesday). Kris Gethin's nutritional/supplement plan and my own workout routine. Build/Retain Muscle and burn stored fat. Have been at a standstill with 25% bodyfat for the longest time and enough is enough. Let's see what can be done with 100% effort.
