Thankfully I've kept up my workout routine. The past few days were not that great. I cheated myself. The cheats were not real bad, but hey, they were cheats. So back to the grind. I'm still hoping to see some loss on Thursday. I do feel better. And that is a plus.

You are on the right track...hang in there, you know you can do this! Also, don't sweat the cheats, we all have them and we all know how to deal with them. As long as you don't go overboard you will be great!
