OK so I'm maintaining around 136. I think as soon as I get over finals week I'll be able to drop down to 133 again given a couple weeks. Then I'll begin my "serious about 950 to 1000" cal diet and hit 127 by end of June to August at the latest I think.

Bleh. Basically my occasional energy drinks are what cause the trouble; it's REALLY hard to keep calories down when you're drinking 220 cals a day.

I don't really look BAD at this weight, but I look like I have a few extra pounds. At 127 I look healthy slimish and at 120 I look really skinny. I want to look healthy slim.

Basically the reason I am so calorie restrictive is--considering what I like to eat, I pretty much have to be. I *really like* pizza, chocolate, cheese, and pretty much everything that makes people fat. To lose weight, WHAT you eat is as important as how much. Since I'm unwilling to change WHAT I eat, I have to change how much more significantly than some dieters I think.

It's not that I really eat a lot of terrible junk stuff, it's just that I tend to eat fatty and sugary items.

I love chocolate and for some reason I feel like I need a small peice of it after lunch and dinner. Never breakfast. I have been thinking about doing a week long very stricked diet and after that watch what I eat for a month after that. I could lose a good 5-10 pounds. It's so hard when you love food like I do, lol. Good luck

I have always suffered from sweets cravings, especially after a meal. Thankfully this time around I was able to last a few days into the Atkins diet - at which time ALL of my cravings completely disappeared. I'm six weeks in, have lost 25 pounds and even though I work in a bakery, I have not had any problems turning away sweets. In fact, at my son's birthday party the other day, I decided I would blow the diet for a day and have some cake. Both times that I've eaten sugary substances - they taste funny to me. Less sweet and more of whatever else is in it - like oil or lard is the flavor I taste. This diet made it really easy to give up sweets, but I know it won't last forever.
