Went to dinner last night, my entries look worse than it actually was, but I needed placeholders. Everything was made from scratch, fewer carbs than the commercial versions I logged. Ketone strips back me up on this. No bread, no bier, sadly, but amazing cream of mushroom soup and beef stroganoff without noodles. And homemade sauerkraut, it's officially my SoCal "winter".
