So, yesterday, I ate one thing outside my low sodium group of foods. I got up and was thirsty. Today, I cooked it all and my family came over. I ate a 9-inch plateful. Starchy stuff and some with more sodium than I've been eating. I'm okay but feel like I'm bloating and I'm starting to really get thirsty.
My low sodium way of eating really has been good to me.
