Woke at 210.2, down .2 from yesterday. Three glasses of red wine last night did the trick on some bloating. Maybe I can do a glass a day but not sure that will have the same effect. Not crazy about 11 extra carb grams every few days (but it was a fun baking companion last night)! Have a safe and warm Thanksgiving holiday. And to our Canadian and overseas friends, a wonderful Thursday! UPDATE: Had a terrific Thanksgiving dinner. Denise made me a side of mashed cauliflower and made a sweet potato without sugar for me (although that alone contributed to 22 net carbs)! I'll call it a refeed day. I also ate two pieces of my experimental pumpkin pie. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was pretty good. I will play around with that recipe some more. Finished way high on carbs and ended the day at 213.0. Still full before midnight so we will eat a lot lighter tomorrow.
