Quads aren't sore but hamstrings r. glutes r somewhat sore, triceps r sore! Abs not sore, might do some more today. Back is sore though for some reason haha chest too, damn push ups!

Did 1.5 hrs of fat cardio walking on treadmill today, burn 1000 calories.

21.7% body fat pre work out! Yay!
