This would be my real starting weight as I it is in the morning, because we weigh more at night. Goal is still 10 loose 60 pounds by December 25th it is going to be a stretch. To loose 2 pounds a week since most people only loose 1 pound a week.
245.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
