I wonder if these apples are why the scale has been moving in the wrong direction lately.

Dr. Berg says you can eat all you want, but I avoid them. Sugar is sugar (net carbs, that is).

I think Apple's are ok, must be something else. Bananas I think are the only fruit that may not be good calorie wise

Can I get a big ol, "well duh" from the followers? LOL. 1 Medium (2-3/4" Dia) (Approx 3 Per Lb) Apples 19.6 carbs each. But seriously, it depends upon what else you've been eating. Now I want an apple! Gee, thanks Ches!

Funny you should mention apples. Tonight I was looking for something to do with bone in pork chops. I voted and sliced an apple and covered the bottom of a cast iron pan, topped them with two bone in pork chops rubbed with salt pepper and fresh sage. Cooked them in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes then flipped over the chops and cooked for 30 minutes more. The apples turned into a beautiful thick “sauce”. Served with mashed butternut squash. Amazing and really satisfying. I wish I had taken a photo but my husband and I devoured them! No added fat. Yummy!!!!

Give up the sugar and you will be happier, sugar is a depressant. But I like those Twix apples, what store did you find them in? lol

I see Twix under them. That's probably why the scale isn't showing losses, not the apples.
