Well, I'm happy to report that I'm still less today than I was a week ago while I was fasting. Considering the feasting I did the past two days after I broke my fast, and not weighing, I don't know how low I got, or how much I gained back. I'll keep trucking along!
226.6 lb Lost so far: 142.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So did I!! Loved that old thing. We have one now but hubby seems to think it is his. Huh! 😔 I guess I still have a truck of sorts ... it is an SuV. LOL!
