Today is Day one of a new challenge and I am hoping it will help me stay on course and FINALLY lose some weight. I have been following Atkins (but not religiously) and am frustrated that I am not seeing results. Lets hope this challenge will help.
I am also committing to drinking 100 oz. of water each day and exercise every other day (minimum!!)
