Went for a 2nd walk today! Did my usual 4 mile walk around 9am with my dog. I weighed myself after the walk and noticed that I am usually at my lowest weight of the day after that morning walk - even though I have breakfast before I walk. So I took a 2nd walk at 2:45, just 3 miles and left Bobby at home. Thought it might energize me a little so I don't fall asleep at 7:30 or so like I did last night. But I think it just made me tired. Tired but happy about the additional 3 miles and 2 more hills. The hills are really helping my legs slim down some and gain some strength.
