3:15am and I am wide awake. Daylight savings time - haven't been able to adjust. I fell asleep too early last night so actually got about 6 straight hours of sleep. Which is really good for me, I usually wake up 3 or 4 times. But unless I go back to sleep for a couple more hours I'll be tired by the time it gets dark again.

I tend to go about 3 days without sleeping well then I get at least one good night. Not sure why. It seems to get worse as I get older. I'm guessing it is hormonal. If I had access to cleaner meats and veggies it might get better. Who knows. I just deal with it.
