So I completed my UFC 30 day program, the whole session. I had a hard time the first couple of days but I completed it. Very proud of myself. I put it as light calisthenics is that correct? Not light for me,squats, leg lunges, boxing, and more.

Still weigh the same is fine and I did good with my calories today.
