Traveling much today - didn't realize SO many calories are burnt just driving - but, I'm sore for it (LOL)! Now I got to add some calories, hoping no real damage by eating THIS late (boy oh boy)!

My father use to tell me, Your no spring chicken anymore, when we went to movies he use to buy me a senior ticket like him !!! Then he would laugh !!! Stay young inside my friend..
