Cucumber, peeled and hollowed out, 1tbsp cream cheese, a slice of uncured ham, one jalapeño stuffed olive and 1/4cup of pecans. Super filling and delicious, I am thinking of having one more snack this afternoon and then no dinner and a 24hr fast.

I wasn’t even really hungry today, but my stomach is still angry due to the gluten attack on my system, and eating and drinking tea seems to helps calm it.
