Happy Friday! Feeling some better but still having problems with high BP and heart rate. Headache is still hanging on but it is intermittent. We are going shopping tomorrow so I am excited to see what good stuff I can find at Whole Foods. I walked half a mile yesterday and today so that is better than nothing

I hate doing this, but...have you tried putting a little salt in some water and drinking it? I believe it helps with the Keto flu, which includes headache.

bullion cube in water also works to get salt in. Lite salt contains a mixture of potassium and sodium. I like the mineral waters like Perrier, they seem to pick me up.. maybe it's just the carbonation. Walnuts are a decent source of magnesium.

No expert here but when my late mother was diagnosed with high BP she was told to reduce the amount of salt she ate. Best ask your doctor x

I am taking magnesium citrate and snacking on walnuts. I may try adding potassium because as you guys have said too much salt might not be good for me. Thank you for your help. I hope whatever is going on with me will straighten out soon
