Ayer me pesé y aunque solo bajé unos gramos estoy muy satisfecha porque en la semana no seguí muy bien la dieta. Ésta semana regreso con el régimen y veamos como nos va la siguiente semana 😬 // Yesterday I weighed myself and although I only lowered a few grams I'm very satisfied because in the week I didn't follow the diet very well. This week I'm back with the regime and let's see how the next week is going 😬

162.7 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
